Terms of use
Effective date:
In short: Equal Pals uses Apple’s standard app licence (the Standard EULA). There are no extra terms.
The app licence
Equal Pals is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
There are no separate custom terms. The EULA text governs. This page is a short, plain summary.
The EULA covers your licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. It gives no warranty beyond what the law requires, and it says that the developer, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its support.
The licensor
Evgeny Golubev, an individual developer, is the developer and licensor of Equal Pals.
